Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are transferred to the client only after full payment. Digimo360 may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party platforms or service providers.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared information private and secure.
Termination
We may terminate services for policy violations, unlawful activities, or breach of agreement.
